Kim has completed training to become Certified in the Clinical Management of Fitness Athletes. Her training is geared towards assessing mechanics of lifts, such as squat, deadlift, power clean, bench press, clean and jerk, pull-ups, among others, with slow motion analysis in order to improve mechanics, improve efficiency, and decrease risk for injury. Her training has also enabled her to provide accessory programming to address muscle imbalances and/or mechanical problems, as well as modifying programming to assist patients in returning from injury to weight lifting as soon as possible.
