Benefits of Massage
Medical studies have proven that massage therapy can be an effective part of a person's approach to health and wellness. It is commonly known that massage is good for relaxation and well being; however, massage is also an effective complementary therapy that can be used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan for many other conditions including, but not limited to, the following:
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. The massage therapist can not diagnose illness/disease or prescribe medications. It is recommended that clients consult with their primary doctor for any conditions prior to scheduling massage therapy services.
While massage therapy may provide benefits for many conditions, results are not guaranteed and long-term cures should not be expected.
