Aromatherapy

          Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to enhance and complement your massage session. Essential oils can be diffused into the air and/or applied to the body directly in the massage lotion/oil. Select one of six available oils based on your specific needs and preferences:

  • Lavender: A popular and versatile essential oil that promotes relaxation. Lavender has anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, antifungal, antiseptic, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. 

  • Peppermint: A refreshing anti-inflammatory essential oil that can help ease nausea, headaches, muscle pain and IBS.

  • Eucalyptus: An anti-inflammatory essential oil that can help ease sinus and chest congestion, headaches, arthritis, muscle and joint pain.

  • Cedarwood: An essential oil with anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties that is good      for acne prone skin, scars, arthritis pain, anxiety and insomnia.

  • Frankincense: An essential oil with anti-inflammatory properties used Ayurvedic medicine for hundreds of years,Frankincense can help reduce pain, symptoms of arthritis, symptoms of asthma and promote relaxation.

  • Geranium: Beneficial for skin prone to acne and eczema, geranium can help encourage circulation, lessen fatigue and ease anxiety.
